This is Robert Dean's speech from the 2011 International UFO Congress. It's a really interesting talk that discusses disclosure, amidst Dean's conclusions from his time at NATO looking into the "Assessment" file in the 1960s. The crux of it is that we are a hybrid race, Earth is essentially a zoo, our keepers have been here probably before any life existed on the planet and they continue to monitor and tinker with our genetics. That much I agree with and believe to be true. It accounts for all religious stories, why our consciousness seems unique to other animals on the planet etc. He believes we won't get "Disclosure" (as it is now being described in 2026) because of how the information would destroy our societal belief systems - and tells an interesting story about "Billy Do" in Papua New Guinea to illustrate this. But later in the speech, Dean starts to go into some things that were not originally part of his belief as outlined above. He starts talking about a secret NASA space program, based on information that was obviously given to him over time. He also mentions how he has developed a friendship with a number of people in UFOology, including Steven Greer. This is only my belief, but I think Greer is a disinformation agent who has been muddying the waters with increasingly loopy stuff (like CE5 and secret Zero Point energy) and has purposely got Dean on board with this 'secret Zero Point energy/secret NASA space agency' stuff, to discredit Dean and take us away from what is essentially the real truth - the zoo hypothesis. Anyway, I think this lecture is very interesting for a number of the above reasons. Also for the fact that Dean asserts we are NEVER going to get "Disclosure" from a presidential speech or anything of the like, we are just going to be continually softened to the idea over a very long period of time until the impact and potential damaging effects are lessened. Give it a listen and let me know what you think. I feel like about 50% of what he says here is on the money, and the other 50% is Zero Point bollocks fed to him through "friendship" with Greer.
