This guy is probably someone most of you don't know. He has been involved with UFOlogy for over 40 years. In the 90's - 2000's he was an International Director for the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) In 2008 MUFON was approached by the famous UFO billionaire grifter Robert Bigelow (Skinwalker Ranch guy) and created a funded department for UFO research with partnership also from Jacques Vallee. BAASS, a subsidiary of Bigelow Aerospace. James was contracted with this newly created taskforce. Incredibly insightful from someone who has decades of experience high in the pyramid of ufology I thought some of you who don't consume this content as 100% truth could appreciate this or maybe even help some.
