Been seeing this strange object for over 30 minutes now. Has no red or green warning light on it just 3 bluish white lights constantly flashing. It will stay over an area for a few minutes then dash across the sky to another. Can't hear any sounds like it would be a plane or helicopter. I'm sorry the picture is so bad it's that is over 2 miles away the light and I'm atill watching it maneuver strange.
