I made a visual recreation of the CIA's declassified "Gateway Process" and 1984 Mars Remote Viewing sessions.
I recently dove into two of the most fascinating declassified documents from the US Government: the 1983 CIA Gateway Process Report (by Lt. Col. Wayne McDonnell) and the famous 1984 Mars Exploration Remote Viewing transcript (featuring Joe McMoneagle). The concepts in these documents—hemispheric synchronization, consciousness escaping space-time, the universe being a giant holographic Torus (the "Cosmic Egg"), and ancient hibernating beings on Mars—are absolutely mind-blowing. But reading dense, 40-year-old military paperwork can be dry. So, I decided to bring these files to life. I created a short cinematic visualization using AI video tools to recreate what it might have felt like to be the test subject experiencing these cosmic anomalies. A quick disclaimer: While I tried to stay as true to the core concepts of the documents as possible (the isolation chambers, vintage EEG machines, the holographic Torus, the dying Martian atmosphere), I took some artistic liberties to make it work visually. For example, in the video, the polygraph machine physically draws the Torus in ink. Obviously, that didn’t happen in real life—it’s just a cinematic plot device to visually bridge the physical lab with the astral vision. Since AI generators still struggle with very specific, complex movements, using visual metaphors and stylistic transitions was the best way to capture the dark, unsettling, retro-documentary vibe of the Stargate Project. My goal wasn't to make a 1:1 documentary, but to spark interest and visualize the sheer scale of what the CIA was researching back in the 80s.
