At the 5:15 mark, James says he’s not the pioneer that actually discovered the dog whistle. He says there are actually two pioneers that discovered it, and they wish to be anonymous at that time. Pioneer 1: Mr. K - a cool physicist that’s makes jet engines, flame throwers, works on hot rods and physics for fun. James gives Mr. K the credit for arriving where they are technologically wise. Pioneer 2: Mr. D - Made the discovery detecting signals from the crafts, geolocate or direction find them in the sky. Today I was listening to Danny Jones episode with Bob McGwire, posted 4 days ago ["There’s 10 of them" UFO super users confirmed by DARPA scientist Bob McGwire](https://youtu.be/faMt1TEzh8Q) For information, Bob got the idea for Hawkeye360, a geospatial sensor in orbit, it tracks signals on the ground and gathers information about it. He also says that it can detect alien implants in human bodies. At the 1:34:17 mark, Bob asks Danny if he knew he was part of Skywatcher as a scientific advisor. He says he was a scientist in the background and doing things to help the psionics. My question is: Is Bob McGwire, Mr. D? Have anyone found any information about Mr.K and Mr.D they want to share?
