Northrop Grumman and TRW are both also intimately entwined with the discussion of clandestine, deep-sixed, carve-out Unacknowledged Special Access Program focused on the recovery, storage, and exploitation of Technologies of Unknown Origin (TUO). This project serves as a part two to investigating Northrop Grumman..... Part 1 sought to investigate IF Northrop, throughout its storied history, has engaged in UFO retrieval, and most importantly, exploitation programs. Part 2 today seeks not to answer if, but instead the who, what, when, where, and why of Northrop's NHI recovery and exploitation activities. The result of this investigation seeks to identify critical personnel across both Northrop Grumman and TRW, misappropriation and funding schemes behind Northrop & TRW Legacy efforts, the possibility of Northrop "breaking away" their own UFO activities in the early 2000s, Northrop & TRWs connections to former DNI James Clapper who David Grusch labeled as "managing the crash retrieval issue", Northrop's modern day UFO security apparatus helmed by Terry Phillips, and so much more.....
