Location: Billings, Montana, USA Date: April 25, 2026 Time: 2:50 PM. Duration: 20 minutes Number of witnesses: One Description of sighting: While looking east, an object flashing in the sunlight caught my attention. I initially thought it was a plane as another had just passed overhead going west. I assumed it was another flight on the same flight path. But the object was still in place at 2:55 PM. I stood watching it and it seemed to spin, catching the light. It stayed in place even as clouds passed between it and me, moving from south to north. The object reappeared when the clouds moved past, still in the same spot. I sat on the ground and used my neighbors shed roof to try to ensure I was looking in the same spot. I tried taking photos and video. Photos are taken on a Galaxy S23 Ultra at 100x zoom. Video is from the same phone but at 20x.
