UFO / UAP (Red Fireball Orb) Watch the full interview with the witness as we talk through the footage and add some enhancements here: Location: Newcastle, Australia Date: Wednesday 11 December 2024 Time: Around 9:25pm (witness timeframe is approx. 9:06pm–9:25pm, filmed/observed at ~9:25pm) Weather (at ~9:45pm): • Clear • 21°C • Wind: NE 14 km/h • Humidity: 74% • Cloud cover: 1% • Rain: 0.0 mm ⸻ Source / Witness Witness / Source to UAP Files: Todd Watson • Instagram handle shown: todd.watson.9275 ⸻ Witness Account: • He had just watched the ISS pass for about 5 minutes (approx 9:06pm–9:11pm) before the event. • At ~9:25pm, he observed what looked “like a ball of fire” to the naked eye. • No sound at all. • It appeared to hold altitude (he says it did not change altitude), estimating roughly ~150 metres. • It moved across the wind, roughly 30 degrees or more, somewhat downwind but “cutting across.” • He reports “fire or plasma” seeming to drop off it at around 1 min 29 sec into the video. • He states there was no smoke. • He ruled out: flare, drone, ISS, aircraft, Chinese lantern, satellite. • He has supporting screenshots/data immediately after from FlightRadar24, weather app, and ISS pass data. • He notes he has seen lanterns and garbage bag balloons before, but believes he would’ve seen the bag/lantern due to the clear sky + moonlight. • He questioned how a lantern could behave that way, saying: wouldn’t it keep rising if the flame was burning that much? • He emphasizes it was clearly a “ball of fire” and that his commentary was because he was dumbfounded watching it. #ufo #uap #orb #ufofootage #uapfootage #newcastle #australia
