I found an interesting little overlap that may be worth speculating on. In The Hutchison File, there is a reference to a tour of California and New Mexico in 1989, which I thought was neato burrito because Bob Lazar claimed that during his alleged time at S4, roughly around the same time as this tour, Russian scientists were supposedly kicked out after some major discovery or event.
