I checked all flight tracking apps to no luck of finding any info My best description is that it sounded like a helicopter, moved like a plane, had two lights constantly on the bottom and a thruster looking thing at the rear. It circled the city and never came back. Sorry for the poor quality It looked like Messerschmitt Me 163 Komet mixed with MQ-9A Reaper.
