If you have been paying attention to the various whistleblowers that have come out such as Jake Barber, Emery Smith (Cosmic Disclosure on GAIA), Steven Greer, they all talk about how Psionics are the way that we can interact with the UFO's. Now what exactly are Psionics, and how can humans like us improve our own latent psionic abilities? From my understanding in order to reach a state of consciousness which can interact with the UFO's we need to get into an almost trance like state, which I can sometimes induce through intense meditation, it has something to do with getting our brain waves into a state between being awake and asleep. Whenever we get into that trance like state, our brain waves are probably within a specific frequency that the sensors on the UFO's are fine tuned to pickup, since that frequency is closer to what the NHI are operating at.
