Hi folks - long time lurker, first time poster. I came across this article in 'Reason' today - I've seen lots of posts about the Stargate Project, Hal Puthoff, and the American psychic programmes but much less about the Soviet Cold War equivalents. This article has a few examples (including Russian documents making similar claims about psychic soldiers). The author seems sceptical - any thoughts?
