Time: 3:40 pm 03/20/26 Location: East Los Angeles, CA I was playing with my son outside when I noticed this weird looking thing in the sky. At first glance it looked like a balloon. I wanted to see it closer so I began recording it. All this thing was doing was rotating every time it rotated it looked like a different shape. What do you think Balloon or ufo?
