I flew for the first time this weekend, it was 4 different flights, on the last two I had a window seat and looked out the window while flying, as we were taking off from the DC airport I saw a bright white light stationary at first then zoomed down incredibly fast. Then as I was processing trying to figure out what it was, a small light suddenly appeared. At first I thought it was a star but it began to move in a weird circular motion and it was like moving one way then stopping then moving another way and stopping. sounds stupid but almost like it was trying to make it apparent it wasn’t a regular aircraft. It wasn’t a blinking light either it was a red/orange light then spit out a white light. It then what I can only describe as it splitting into two then that light began to do the same thing. I tried to get a video but it was pitch black, and was extremely hard for me to try and position my camera to position or even find the light looking through my phone camera. Plus with this being my first time flying I was scared it knew I was looking at it or something the whole time I was in the air I was thinking, “oh my god it’s real”. I never been so happy to be on the ground. Now I’m taking it more seriously. The problem is a lot of people just don’t care, they see things and just dismiss them, or I know for a fact the things I saw wasn’t normal.
