The original poster didn't state what time it was taken, but they did state that it was taken at Rainbow Lakes in Fairborn, Ohio (39.8428, -84.0543). Judging by the light pollution, the camera appears to be pointed south. Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Area A is less than a half mile from Rainbow Lakes. I tried to confirm geolocation on maps, but I might have to go there sometime tomorrow to see if I can find where they were standing and line the trees up.
