if I hire a corporation who has big bucks to do projects for me, its not unreasonable to suspect that they'll use some of that cash to do projects in secret. that's why there's so many dollars unaccounted for. thats why they have that one fighter jet that costs so much but keeps failing. our military has a private breakaway state. thats why they're the ones killing scientists and whistleblowers. the usa is corrupt sure, but you want to find the specific answer in the body. you need to laser pin point the real culprits. its not Obama, its not bush, neither Nancy pelopsi or whatever. they have no power like that. maybe hillary is involved. but if you want "secret alien tech" look for where this stuff should all be. it would be in the hands of defense contractors, David gruch said dick Cheney was the one in charge at one point, what dies he have influence over? its the private military industrial complex. you have to find where these systems should operate in. what companies or names are supposed to be involved. this is the "shadow government" it's the private military contractors.
