In 1987, a 3-year-old girl spotted a man in an Army store on the Presidio of San Francisco. She grabbed her father's leg and said "That's Mikey. He's a bad man and I'm afraid." The man she pointed at was Lt. Colonel Michael Aquino. A military intelligence officer specializing in psychological warfare. He held an above-Top Secret security clearance. He co-authored a Pentagon paper called "From PSYOP to MindWar" proposing that the military should be in the business of controlling what populations think. He was also the founder and High Priest of an organized Satanic religion called the Temple of Set. He performed black magic rituals in the underground crypt of Heinrich Himmler's SS castle in Germany. He designed his occult order's insignia in Eva Braun's tearoom at Hitler's Eagle's Nest because he "wanted the environment to be magically appropriate." That little girl wasn't the only child who talked. Over the next year, at least 58 children at the Presidio's daycare center showed physical and mental signs of abuse. 5 toddlers tested positive for chlamydia. The children described being taken to private homes. They described rituals. The FBI investigated. The San Francisco Police investigated. The Army's own Criminal Investigation Division investigated. The building where the abuse happened burned to the ground on the autumnal equinox. Nobody was ever convicted. Not Aquino. Not anyone. 58 children. 5 with an STD. Zero justice.
