I always theorized that the silver spheres that we see constantly flying around in the Middle East are secret NRO / NSA / CIA intel collection platforms that were reversed engineered from UAP tech. This confirmed CIA “Ghost Murmur” tech makes me believe they probably are installed on the spheres and are being used to find certain high interest individuals.
