At Skinwalker Ranch and through AAWSAP researchers that the phenomenon deals with the idea of “Precognition Intercept." With NIDS even calling it a “Precognitive Sentient Being.” It’s the idea that the Phenomenon knows it’s being watched and reacts to the observer. The Wow: The media is finally on board by publicly acknowledging that we are interacting with a non-human intelligence… The Woo: The Acknowledgment by the UFO community but not the media that the phenomenon has a “paranormal aspect”. It follows researchers home, and haunts them. Haunts their children. Suggesting it isn't just at a location. It’s attached to us.
