TIME: August 8th 2021 at 8:21 PM Location: Norfolk VA USA I captured this footage at 8:21 on August 8th 2021. It was on the bay in Norfolk/VA Beach. I was fishing in a kayak and looked up and realized there was a pattern of lights and how odd this formation was and how slow they were moving.
