Here is where I have reached after reading everything. Common sense says It's clearly not classic extraterrestrials, because all the cases have reported "beings" to be okay in our Atmosphere and used to earth's gravity. I don't believe this phenomena has been playing with humans for thousands of years- if it was, then this would have been a bigger part of recorded history, and more well researched than this. Phenomena has capability to spawn physical material into the real world which can lead to sensations of touch, seeing , feel. Nuclear activity seems to activate the activity of this phenomena. On the contrary conversations exist which could point to classic extraterrestrials again like advanced tech help by lockheed, whole lazar story, story by command david Fravor, Wilson memo, roswell crash etc - which closes my thought circle. Conclusion - An advanced civilization which is not dependent on 3 dimensional world rules, and interacts with us for reasons only they know. They have capability to pass solid material into this world, which may influence the direction this world heads in. They might be interested in nuclear physics, because that is something which may affect them in some way. But they want to control or influence this world in some way for reasons unknown.
